1. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns and refunds. However, in the event of a size discrepancy or product mismatch, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange or provide you with a credit note. Please ensure that the products are returned to us in their original condition with all tags intact.
2. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please notify us via email at info@geroojaipur.com within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
3. Please be advised that order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed beyond this timeframe, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.
4. Kindly note that our delivery times are calculated based on working days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
