RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every Geroo piece is handcrafted by our artisans, and we want you to love what you receive. Here's how we take care of you after your order.
Exchanges & store credit
If something isn't quite right — a size discrepancy or a product mismatch — we're happy to arrange an exchange or issue you a store credit. Store credit stays valid for 90 days from the date of issue, so you can take your time choosing something you'll truly cherish.
To keep things smooth, please:
• Write to us at info@geroojaipur.com within 1–2 days of receiving your order
• Return the item in its original condition with all tags intact

As each saree is individually handcrafted, we're currently unable to offer refunds — but our team is always here to help you find the perfect alternative.
Order changes
Need to cancel? Just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After that, your order is already being prepared for you, so we're unable to make changes.
Shipping & delivery
• Delivery timelines are counted in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• For international orders, any customs or clearance charges are payable by the customer as per local regulations.
Clearance Sale
Pieces bought during our Clearance Sale are offered at special prices and are final sale — not eligible for exchange, return, or credit.
